When you have entered into a colocation agreement with Duocast, we will record certain personal details of you and/or your employees. For each visit, you must register in advance via our registration portal and then present yourself at reception and show valid identification. Please note: the document number on your ID must match the document number we have on record. Without a match, access will not be granted.

Yes, Duocast supplies SSL certificates including installation and monitoring. We handle:
Generating a key
Generating a CSR
Determining the appropriate validation method (usually DNS)
Configuring the verification method
Monitoring whether validation succeeds
Installing the certificate
Adding it to Nagios monitoring
Administrative processing
If you manage your own certificate and only need installation, Duocast charges €45 per certificate.
